We Have Launch!

Hey everyone! Illiterate Gaming has officially begun! We have uploaded our first couple videos and could not be more happy with what we have. Of course they are a bit rough around the edges because we don't exactly have perfect video editing software but we are extremely proud of what we have to show you viewers. The first video we uploaded was some 1v1 Super Smash Brothers: Melee. Which isn't technically capturing our illiteracy, but alongside SSBM we uploaded our very first Metroid Prime episode.

Honestly, it feels so good to have something to share with all of you viewers. And I'd like to take a moment to thank James for posting our SSBM video on reddit and earning us 300 views in just a few hours. Hopefully with this trend we can get a good following and maybe put on some livestreams for all the people who are helping us succeed. I know James and I can hardly wait to include all of our viewers in polls and contests to help get everyone involved with our growing channel.

We are looking forward to uploading more videos for your viewing pleasure, and your viewership has really motivated us to put out more content. The only thing we have to be careful of is flooding your subscriber feed. Thank you all so much. Thank you for your subscriptions, thank you for your likes, thank you for sharing. And thank you for all of your support!

A Giant Leap Forward!

Hello fellow gamers! We have great news! We have just finished recording our very first episode of Illiterate Gaming. What is the game we chose you might ask?  Metroid Prime! James has started out the game as I have had a little bit of past experience. But oh God, I'm practically in tears. We are very proud of our new episode. It runs a bit long, but for our premier episode we think its perfect.

UNFORTUNATELY Youtube is being extremely difficult and will not let us use Illiterate Gaming as our channel title. It says IlliterateGaming cannot be used, though we have searched and have found no such channel. It also will not allow us to identify ourselves as Illiterate Gaming, and we don't see the reason for all the private information. We are Illiterate Gamers and that is all they need to know at this point; as far as we are concerned.

Thank you all for your support! It means a ton to us!

Welcome to Illiterate Gaming!

Welcome fans of Illiterate Gaming! Thanks for checking out our blog! Check in with us for channel updates, contests, and possibly in the future; giveaways. James and I (Steven), are thrilled to have you as fans, and look forward to your feedback and interacting with you as personally as we can. If you made it this far, chances are you like what you've seen and want to know more about us, and what we do.

Without going too long on this, we'd like to cover the basics about what our channel is all about. We are two (casual) gaming enthusiasts, with super obnoxious personalities and wanted to share that with anyone who would listen. We play games that we have never played before without reading any dialogues or instructions. Along with that, we also compete with each other in head to head challenges, playing old favorites, such as Super Smash Brothers, Pokemon, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, Mario Kart, and many others. We have rules and lifelines that we use while playing, as well as ridiculous antics to make the average game 10x more fun.

We cannot stress enough how enthusiastic we are for Illiterate Gaming to take off! If you would like to know more, please leave a comment! And if you want others to know, we'd be your best friends for a share.

Please feel free to check out, and subscribe to whatever form of media you want!
